Frank joined CRA in January 2014. He started his business career with an international CPA firm headquartered in Philadelphia, held positions in private industry, and is also a Certified Management Accountant. Frank carefully listens to clients, follows proven academic theories, makes fact-based decisions, concentrates on controllable variables, is cognizant of non-controllable dynamics, develops diversified tax efficient cost-effective portfolios, provides behavioral coaching, and rebalances and revises portfolios when appropriate. He focuses on long-term total-return results, subscribes to the best practices of the profession, and communicates effectively with clients.
Frank earned an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University and a BS in Economics from Wagner College, and possesses over 43 years of experience providing clients with tax and financial planning services. He has been a college professor teaching courses in investments, financial planning, personal finance, and taxation for over 38 years, published numerous articles and presented at several national conferences. His research areas include: Social Security claiming strategies, Monte Carlo simulation and risk analysis, retirement planning, and cash flow analysis.
Frank served as the founding chairman of the NJSCPA Investment Committee for 4 years, served 2 terms as a member of the AICPA REG Committee, and has served on various local not-for-profit boards.
